Swiss born German artist Paul Klee was an incredibly proilific artist who created over 10,000 art works over his 40-year career, which is more than almost any other artist in history. Within this you will find watercolours, oil paintings, drawings, hand puppets and much more besides influenced by art movements like expressionism, cubism and surrealism. Created using a series of intricate horizontal lines, ‘Lagoon City’ uses tranquil blue and calm pink tones to manifest an abstract, almost dream-like view out to sea over the city.
