Swiss born German artist Paul Klee was an incredibly proilific artist who created over 10,000 art works over his 40-year career, which is more than almost any other artist in history. Within this you will find watercolours, oil paintings, drawings, hand puppets and much more besides influenced by art movements like expressionism, cubism and surrealism. This print is a reproduction of the original poster created for Paul Klee’s exhibition in 1952 at the Kestner Gesellschaft art gallery in Hanover, Germany. The gallery was a pioneer in the development of modern art in the early 20th century.
