Charles-Édouard Jeanneret, known as Le Corbusier was a Swiss-French architect, designer and painter and was one of the pioneers of modern architecture. This architectural drawing features a digitalised image of ‘Unite d'Habitation Marseille’ a modernist residential housing development designed by Le Corbusier in collaboration with painter-architect Nadir Afonso. The initial developments were built in Paris and Marseille in France during the 1940s before being built in cities across the world including Tokyo and New York. Many model apartments have been rebuilt in exhibitions or renovated in their historic style. A modern art print of urban planning.
